Shop Local, Shop Schaumburg at the Farmers Market!

Strawberries

Schaumburg’s 2021 Farmers Market — featuring locally grown fruits, vegetables, baked goods, flowers and more – continues through the end of October.

It’s a great way to pick up fresh favorites from local vendors. This year’s market includes 34 vendors selling fresh produce, mushrooms, honey, baked goods, salsa, jams and preserves, pickles, cheese, olives and olive oil, frozen meat and fish, and farm-fresh eggs made by the farmers that produce them.

Customers can also enjoy foods prepared on-siteonsite, including crepes, tacos and empanadas, veggie burgers, kettle corn, apple cider donuts, fresh-squeezed lemonade, coffee, and tea.

You can even get your knives sharpened while visiting.

Entertainment and community programming are back. Musicians perform from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. on specific dates throughout the summer and into the fall season. Master gardeners are also on-hand certain dates of the market to answer questions.

The Schaumburg Farmers Market is open from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Fridays through Oct. 29 in the parking lot of Trickster Cultural Center, 190 S. Roselle Road in Town Square. For more information about the Schaumburg Farmers Market, visit www.schaumburg.com/farmersmarket.
